Registration Fee Payment Instructions

The registration fee is $200 for each participant and $300 for each vendor. The registration fee is payable by check, money order, credit card, or debit card. A payment is transferable but not refundable. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. The deadline for meeting registration and fee payment is August 25, 2017.

To pay by check or money order, please make the check or money order payable to “NTCA – SC Dept. of Health”. Print out and complete the Registration Form and send it with your payment to
